The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of MBSR and samavriti pranayama for lowering blood pressure, improving sleep quality, and reducing stress levels.
Methods: This study utilized a cross-sectional model. Elders analyzed with hypertension were surveyed for qualification.
